After Sam Smith picked up the inaugural August gong, a further four players are up for September's award.
nited picked up three wins from five games during the course of the month, with league wins against Lincoln City and Morecambe and a Papa John's Trophy success over Northampton Town.
The Love Cambridge September nominees are Harvey Knibbs, Harrison Dunk, Joe Ironside and Lloyd Jones following impressive individual performances from all four players throughout the past month.
Two assists and one match-winning goal from Knibbs see's him up for the award, whilst Dunk continues to perform at the highest level now into his 11th season with the Club.
Ironside's double against Lincoln got the month off to the best of starts, whilst Jones is in contention for the second time in as many months after another imperious set of games in the heart of defence.
