Date of birth
24-year old Ade joined Charlton aged 14 but, after signing a first professional contract, made a solitary appearance for the Addicks during his time at the Valley.
He gained experience, though, courtesy of loan spells with Wycombe, Leyton Orient, Torquay and Dagenham & Redbridge, before agreeing a permanent deal with AFC Wimbledon in 2014. Blessed with pace and a direct style of play, he won promotion from League Two with the Dons, netting 14 goals during his 98 matches at the South-West London club. Ade then plied his trade in the Scottish Premiership with Partick Thistle, prior to penning a two-year contract at the Abbey Stadium during the summer of 2017. Following his U’s debut, Ade suffered a knee injury which kept him on the sidelines until mid-December, before spending the final three months of last season on loan to National League side Dover Athletic.
