Snapped up on a season-long loan from Bristol City, centre-half Robbie will look to build on his Football League development whilst with the U’s.
On the books of Oxford United as a youngster, he spent time career-building time with Daventry, Chesham, Oxford City, Southport and Gloucester City, before agreeing a permanent deal with the latter in 2017. Standing 6’2” he then moved on to National League South side Bath City and made a clean sweep of the Player of the Year awards for his performances, which alerted the attention of the Robins. Robbie enjoyed further loan spells with Exeter and Torquay last season and, despite being aged just 23, he has now played in excess of 200 career games.
