All supporters aged 18+ will receive a voucher for a free pint of BrewBoard’s Away Day Lager as they come through the away turnstiles, as a way of helping make up for having to make the long journey to Cambridge twice within a matter of weeks.
Oli Pugh, BrewBoard Co-Founder said, “It’s difficult not to admire the travelling Bolton fans who are coming back to the Abbey on Tuesday night, having already made the 400-mile trip for an abandoned game.
“That’s 800 miles for a game of football, a proper shift for whichever club you support! With that in mind, we think these hardy football-loving souls deserve a free pint for their efforts. Especially as we hope they’re going to have to head back up the M6 with nothing!"
