The U's will travel to Peterborough United and host Colchester United and Tottenham Hotspur U21s in Southern Group D.
See below the confirmed dates and kick-off times for this year's group fixtures:
- Tuesday 5 September – Peterborough United vs Cambridge United - Weston Homes Stadium - 7pm
- Tuesday 10 October - Cambridge United vs Colchester United - Abbey Stadium - 7pm
- Tuesday 7 November - Cambridge United vs Tottenham Hotspur U21 – Abbey Stadium - 7pm
