Cambridge United are looking to appoint a Lead Community Coach to join the team...

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and hardworking Lead Community Coach to join our highly committed team.

This is not a 9 to 5 job, so commitment, passion and a love of knowing that you will be making a difference is going to be vital to your success within this role.

The successful applicant will be:

  • Experienced in a similar role
  • Experienced in working within a football environment
  • Highly organised and able to set clear priorities in managing their workload
  • Able to communicate clearly and positively with staff/players/parents
  • Able to show a ‘can-do’ attitude and seek solutions to problems
  • Able to work flexibly, creatively and demonstrates excellent initiative
  • Able to manage/lead a team of people
