Away Fans...

Cambridge United looks forward to welcoming Exeter City's travelling supporters to the Abbey Stadium, who will be housed in the South Stand for Saturday’s game. Tickets will be available to away fans from the Ticket Office on the day of the game.

Cashless Venue...

The Abbey Stadium has adopted a cashless policy for the new season, affecting all outlets inside the ground. Cash will still be accepted outside the stadium - in the Shop, Ticket Office and by roaming Programme and 50/50 sellers outside the ground.

Junior U's Kids’ Zone...

The brand-new LittleAqua Junior U's Kids' Zone is open from 1pm-2:45pm.

Featuring an inflatable goal and garden games, the Kids' Zone is the place to be for youngsters and their family ahead of each home game.

Plus, two First Team players will make an appearance at 2pm to meet and greet young supporters ahead of kick-off!

Matchday Passports...

Junior U's should bring along their Matchday Passport to the Junior U's Kids' Zone Kiosk to receive their latest opposition sticker to track their attendance during the 2022/23 season.

Membership for Junior U's costs just £25 and includes a Junior U’s branded Waterbottle, Drawstring Bag and their Matchday Passport to bring to the Abbey each week.

Youngsters who attend the most games throughout the season will be eligible to receive a Bronze (15-17 games), Silver (18-20 games) or Gold Medal (21-23 games) from First Team Manager Mark Bonner.

If your little one isn't yet a member, visit the Club Shop on Matchday or sign up online.

Marvin the Moose...

Our resident mascot, Marvin the Moose will be strutting his stuff in the Kids' Zone and around the Abbey in the build up to kick-off, so make sure to say hello, give him a wave or stop for a photo if you see him out and about!

Birthday Messages...

If somebody you know has their big day coming up soon, send an email to announcements@cambridge-united.co.uk with all the relevant details to receive either a shout-out on the tannoy or to feature on the scoreboard.

Please note, all scoreboard requests must be submitted by midday on the Thursday before a Saturday game.

50/50 tickets...

50/50 tickets can be purchased for £1 from our new Programme and 50/50 Kiosks around the ground. A winner will be picked at half-time with the winning number declared across the stadium PA system.

Food and Drink…

Catering provisions at the Abbey Stadium have undergone an overhaul ahead of the new season, with new food outlets and bars installed around the ground.

Gourmet hotdogs, burgers, nacho's and locally sourced pies and pasties are just some of the new food items on offer, whilst the installation of over 30 new beer pumps around the ground should make grabbing a pre-match or half-time pint easier than ever before.

Following feedback from supporters, the following changes have been put into place ahead of Saturday's match:

  • An additional drinks unit will be in place at the Newmarket Road End
  • Cider and non-alcholoic beer has been added to menus around the ground
  • Additional staff brought in and additional cooking units installed

Fans are encouraged to stick around after the final whistle with the Abbey Eatery and Abbey Dispensary in the Main Stand open until 6pm, where all remaining pies and pasties will be reduced by half-price.

As with the majority of fixtures this season, only supporters with a Signature Suite Hospitality ticket can use the Dion Dublin Bar.

All food and drink outlets will open in conjunction with the turnstiles at 1pm and supporters should please be reminded that the Abbey Stadium is a cashless venue.

Stay Hydrated...

Bring your water bottles and stay hydrated whilst at the game via any of our seven water stations around the Abbey.

Travel…

There is no on-site car parking available at the Abbey Stadium and supporters are advised to use the Cambridge Matchday Park & Ride service.

Home and away supporters can take advantage of the Cambridge Park & Ride for a £2.50 Matchday return ticket from Newmarket Road Park & Ride, CB5 8AA.

The ticket is valid for one passenger only. However, if travelling with children, the normal £3 Park & Ride ticket is also available to purchase, allowing children under the age of 16 to travel free with one fee-paying adult.

Click here for more information on the Park & Ride service.

For supporters who have difficult accessing public transport, the Club has partnered with Dial a Ride to offer home-to-stadium transport. For more information, please click here.

If you require disabled parking, please call the Club on 01223 566500.

Supporter Behaviour...

Cambridge United would like to remind its supporters of new tougher measures and stronger sanctions relating to anti-social and criminal behaviours at football grounds across the country.

The FA, Premier League and EFL have introduced a new set of actions, which will be implemented across all English football leagues this season and are backed by the Football Supporters’ Association.

The new measures target activity such as entering the pitch without permission, carrying or using smoke bombs or pyrotechnics and throwing objects - as well as drug use and discriminatory behaviour.

These acts are dangerous, illegal and have severe consequences. They have no place in football, or anywhere. Click here for more information.
