Cambridge United Academy is looking to recruit a Regional Area Scout to cover grassroots football in East London. Due to the nature of the role the candidate will need to be based in, or close to East London.
This role will consist of watching fixtures across weekends as well as completing detailed reports on players to support the identification processes for Cambridge United.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of scouting experience and a strong knowledge of East London.
The following criteria are essential:
- Self-motivated and committed
- A strategic planner & organised
- Knowledgeable of local football
- A ‘people person’ with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer Literate
- Able to drive
