“Firstly I would like to offer my sincere thanks to all our fans who have supported the Club so brilliantly over the past 18 months. Your commitment to Cambridge United has played an integral part in the Club’s success and without your financial backing in the form of Season Tickets and iFollow support, the picture for us would have been a lot bleaker than where we currently stand.

“We said a few weeks ago that we were going to hold back the sale of Season Tickets until after the government made its planned statement on 14 June on whether lockdown measures would end on 21 June. Following the announcement by the Prime Minister yesterday, we have as much certainty as we are likely to get that restrictions will, substantially, be lifted on 19th July.

“As previously indicated, we have increased prices this year and we hope supporters will understand the reasons why. The rise is around 10%, reduced to 5% for the 1,530 who bought Season Tickets last season and this change in the pricing structure will go some way to meeting the increased cost of playing in League One.

“Clearly we can offer no guarantees as to whether supporters will be allowed into watch games throughout the coming season, but it is looking positive that we will all be REUNITED at the Abbey for what promises to be an exciting season. In the event that we have to play behind closed doors, iFollow passes and pro-rata refunds will be made available.

“Thank you for your continued support. See you in League One.”

Following the loss of revenue that the Club suffered last season due to the COVID pandemic, in addition to the rising costs that come with promotion and the desire to put out a team that will compete at a higher level, Season Ticket prices have increased for the first time in four seasons.

All existing Season Ticket Holders can renew in the priority booking window at a discounted rate, with an approximate 5% rise for those who are renewing compared to about a 10% rise thereafter.

All supporters who purchase a Season Ticket do so with the understanding that the Club is unable to offer a guarantee that games won’t be played Behind-Closed-Doors or that attendances won't be restricted.

It is the Club’s hope and belief that this won’t be the case, but in the event that the situation regarding COVID-19 changes and supporters are unable to attend games at the Abbey Stadium, then iFollow Match Passes will be provided to Season Ticket Holders, including the option of Pro-Rata Refunds.

The Club will initially be selling Season Tickets in an unrestricted manner, with the hope that full crowds will be allowed to return by August. Should this not be the case and Social Distancing is required, then the Club reserves the right to relocate Season Ticket Holder seats.

2020/21 Season Ticket Holders will soon be informed of when they will be able to visit the Abbey Stadium to have their photographs taken with the League Two Runners Up Trophy.

Season Ticket Holders who missed out on the final few games of the 2019/20 season and chose to take up the option of an ‘Introduce a Friend Five Game Free Ticket’ are encouraged to make contact with the Club towards the start of the season in order to redeem their tickets. FAQS.png

No – with the positive news regarding vaccinations and the current roadmap indicating a full lift of restrictions ahead of August, we are hopeful that a restricted and socially distanced attendance will not be required.

Should this not be the case and social distancing is required, then the Club reserves the right to relocate Season Ticket Holder seats as required. In the event that supporters are unable to attend games at the Abbey Stadium, then iFollow Match Passes will be provided to Season Ticket Holders, including the option of Pro-Rata Refunds.

Yes – All Main Stand Season Ticket Holders will be able to renew their 2019/20 Seats by logging in to their account at CUFCDirect.com, visiting the Ticket Office or by calling the Ticket Office Phone Number.

However, should COVID restrictions be enforced, then Season Ticket Holders should be aware that the Club reserves the right to relocate Season Ticket Holder seats in-order to comply with safety guidance.

No – The Club reserves the right to relocate Season Ticket Holder seats to another equivalent area of the stadium, for any such fixture as it requires. Where possible seats will be reallocated in purchase groups.

In the event that a fixture is to be played Behind Closed Doors, each individual Season Ticket Holder shall be entitled to receive an iFollow streaming Match Pass for the relevant fixture/s. If accepted, a pro-rata refund subject to the value of the Streaming Pass will be provided to Season Ticket Holders. Alternatively, the Season Ticket Holder shall be entitled to receive a pro-rata refund.

Of course this is a situation that we would not want to see come to fruition, but if it were the case, Season Ticket Holders will be placed into a ballot to determine who can attend.

Currently there will be no limit to the number of Season Tickets that supporters will be able to buy once we reach general sale. For existing Season Ticket Holders purchasing during the renewal phase, only existing Season Tickets can be renewed.

All 23 Sky Bet League One home games are included in a Season Ticket. For avoidance of doubt, this doesn’t include home Cup ties, away games or play-off games.

Concessions are defined as Seniors (64+), Young Adults (18-23), Serving or Retired Armed Forces and Full-Time Students.
