I’ve purchased a match ticket, is my ticket still valid?

Yes, you will be able to use the ticket for the rearranged game. This includes the home, away and official coach travel tickets.

I’ve purchased a match ticket, can I get a refund?

These games have currently been postponed and not cancelled, so the plan is for these fixtures to be played at a later date. As per our terms and conditions upon purchasing a ticket, no refunds can be given until a new date for the rearranged fixture is confirmed. As new dates are yet to be confirmed, we are currently unable to provide a refund. Like our fellow League Two Clubs, we are waiting for further guidance from the EFL on when the football programme can recommence and will update with any news as soon as we have it.

Season Ticket Holders – We also appreciate season ticket holder’s patience and understating with regards to the final five home games of the 2019/20 season. We are still awaiting further guidance from the EFL on the rescheduling of fixtures, but your season ticket of course will be valid whenever they may be.

If I cannot make the date of the new fixture, will I be able to get a refund?

Yes. Providing the ticket is returned to the ticket office before the day of the rearranged game, you will be entitled to a refund. These will only be available once a new date for the fixture has been confirmed. However, we will also be offering an alternative option to use the ticket to gain a credit for a fixture next season. To be fully transparent, this would be the most preferable option to the Football Club. Like many businesses across the country, we are similarly experiencing significant financial implications as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak. With that in mind, we would hugely appreciate supporters who are able to take the credit option for a game next season instead of a refund.

Will the club be open during the postponement period?

The Abbey Stadium is currently closed and is likely to be so for the foreseeable future. For the avoidance of any doubt, this includes the Club Shop and Ticket Office, all Hospitality and Catering areas, as well as the Club offices located in the Mead Plant & Grab Stand.

In accordance with Government instruction, we strongly encourage supporters to follow the sanctions in place. They are as follows:

  • Stay at home – no unnecessary journeys or social contact
  • Only leave home for essential food shopping, medical needs and one form of exercise per day
  • You can travel to and from work if absolutely necessary
  • Public gatherings of more than two people are banned – excluding people you live with
  • Don’t visit other people’s houses socialise outside your home
