Cambridge United’s Academy are pleased to announce Dominic Knighton as our New Head of Academy Recruitment.
Academy Manager Tom Pell commented: “We are pleased to have secured Dom’s services for the role and he moves into post at a great time, as we look to make new changes in order to take us on a level.
“Dom has great experience and knowledge in Talent ID and Coaching. Given these technical qualities as well the values that Dom has as an individual, we are confident he can take us forward within this area of the Academy.
“He also has previous experience of working with Cambridge United in a coaching capacity, and has since gained experience in scouting for a Category 1 club.”
