Cambridge United FC are seeking to appoint a highly enthusiastic and motivated Senior Academy Physiotherapist.
As a high performing Category 3 Academy the successful candidate will be passionate about Youth Development, leading a group of part time therapists and working closely with the Head of Medical to provide the best possible service to all of our players aged eight and above.
Based mainly at the club's training ground working with the full-time players during the day, the successful candidate will also oversee the Schoolboy programme taking place in the evenings and weekends. In addition to the Schoolboys and Scholars the successful candidate will also gain practical experience whilst integrating with first team players and staff.
Essential Criteria:
-Health & Care Professions Council registration
-Chartered Physiotherapist with professional indemnity insurance
-Will need to satisfy DBS check
Desirable Criteria:
-Working knowledge and experience of Football Academy Programme
-Experience of working in a sporting environment
-FA ATMMiF or recognised equivalent pitch-side emergency care certification
