Cambridge United can today confirm that young professional Sam Squire has joined Needham Market on an initial one month loan deal, with Tom Knowles and Matt Foy returning to the U’s.
Squire will continue to gather further experience at a senior level in the Evo-Stik South, having spent the early stages of the 2018/19 season on loan with Cambridge City.
Meanwhile, young winger Tom Knowles returns from his time on loan at National League South outfit Dartford F.C, and teams up with the U’s match day squad to face Newport County this afternoon at Rodney Parade.
Matt Foy has also returned to the U’s having picked up an ankle injury whilst featuring for Kettering against Leiston on loan last week.
