OVER 750 KIDS SET TO SUPPORT THE U’S AT THE ABBEY TOMORROW!

QUID A KID AND JUNIOR U’S COMBINE TO GENERATE BUMPER JUNIOR AMBER ARMY

12 October 2018

Over 750 kids will be getting right behind the U’s against MK Dons in Sky Bet League Two tomorrow, as our Junior U’s team up with those taking up the Quid a Kid promotion at the Abbey Stadium!

The U’s have re-introduced the £1 special offer for tomorrow’s game only, allowing all children under 18 the chance to watch United in the Newmarket Road, Habbin Stand or Main Stand.

Having been announced just over two weeks ago, the promotion has quickly proved popular and will see a junior Amber Army arrive at the Abbey to support Joe Dunne’s men in a tough derby encounter.

There is still time to take advantage of the deal, by heading online to cufcdirect.com and it will also be available on match day right up to kick off from the ticket office.

Cambridge United's COO, Henry Comfort, said: “We’re delighted to be re-launching the Quid a Kid initiative for the visit of MK Dons on 13th October. With MK Dons only recently being relegated to League 2, following recent stints in both the Championship and League 1, we’re expecting an exciting game against another local side.

“We would love to see as many people in the ground, and children experiencing the magic of The Abbey, so bring your child, grandchild, niece, nephew, or even your child’s friends, for what should be a great game available for just £1 on this one-time offer.”
