The U's were held to a goalless draw by a resolute Woking side at the Kingfield Stadium.

The host's keeper Nathan Baxter was much the busier in the night, with Jabo Ibehre forcing an early save from the keeper when he headed on target on 14 minutes.

The striker continued to test Baxter throughout the first half, with the keeper producing a stunning stretched save to direct a fiercely struck half volley away from goal.

Inih Effiong had Woking's best opportunity but prodded over when the ball fell to the striker's feet from a corner just before the hour mark.

‪However, it was Baxter at the other end of the field would continue to frustrate United, pulling off a superb reaction save to parry Greg Taylor's close range header, shortly before substitute Adam McGurk had an effort cleared from the line.‬
