Don't worry U's fans, the wait for first team football back on the turf at the Cambs Glass Stadium is almost over!
Saturday (K.O. 2:00pm) will see the return of the U's on home soil as they face Championship promotion hopefuls and East Anglian rivals Norwich City in the first showcase pre-season friendly.
As is tradition when facing the Canaries, the game will be split into four 30 minute halves giving the Amber Army an extended period to watch United in action.
The likes of Jabo Ibehre, David Amoo and Gary Deegan are all set to take to the Cambs Glass Stadium in United colours for the first time, whilst the fixture will also give the Amber Army their first glimpse at the U's brand new Away Kit for the 2017/18 season.
