U'S SECURE LOAN FOR HULL CITY'S MAX CLARK

25 March 2016

Hull City's Max Clark joins U's on loan

Cambridge United yesterday completed the loan signing of Max Clark from Championship club Hull City ahead of the closure of the emergency loan window.

The 20-year old is a left footed central midfielder and a product of the Tiger's youth system, who gives Manager Shaun Derry additional options in the middle of the pitch.

Clark could be in line to make his first U's appearance and Football League debut this afternoon at the Memorial Stadium against Bristol Rovers in Sky Bet League Two. He switches to the Abbey Stadium on a 28 day loan.

Meanwhile, U's midfielder Keith Keane has moved out on loan, returning to the Lamex Stadium and Stevenage for another one month spell.

The 29-year old featured five times for the Hertfordshire outfit on an initial loan deal earlier this season and will go straight into contention for the Stevenage squad today.
