EFL TROPHY: U’S DRAW MIDDLESBOROUGH, SCUNTHORPE UNITED AND SHREWSBURY TOWN
Cambridge United have been drawn against Middlesbrough, Scunthorpe United and Shrewsbury Town in the group stage of 2016/17 EFL Trophy.Following this morning’s draw, the U’s were pitted against Premier League new boys Middlesbrough’s academy side, as well as League One outfits Scunthorpe United and Shrewsbury Town.
Each club will play each other home or away once, with further details to follow.
