Just 250 tickets remain in the Newmarket Road End
Cambridge United have today experienced a surge in ticket sales for the match against Luton Town, with just 250 tickets now remaining in the Newmarket Road End whilst the North Habbin also nears capacity.
Supporters are running out of time to get their hands on match tickets for Saturday’s much anticipated clash against the Hatters at the Abbey Stadium, with tickets not available anywhere after Friday’s deadline.
The game has been marked as an all-ticket fixture so anybody who wishes to attend the game must secure their tickets either online, in-store or by calling 01223 566 500 by 8pm Friday night.
Due to the high demand the ticket deadline has now been extended by an extra hour, with the club shop remaining open until then to allow the Amber Army to purchase their tickets at the last possible chance. The club would however advise supporters to purchase tickets at their earliest convenience in order to avoid disappointment.
The South Habbin Stand has been made available to the Amber Army, who are encouraged to replicate the three walls of noise that was created the last time the two sides met at the Abbey Stadium back in January, where the U’s claimed a 2-1 in the third round of the FA Cup. Seated tickets in the Main Stand are also becoming limited and are expected to fill up quickly over the next 24 hours, so be sure to buy early.
