CAMBRIDGE UNITED CHRISTMAS DINNER WITH THE U'S
The Premier Travel Hospitality Suite last night played host to over 110 excited supporters for the 2015 Christmas Dinner with the Players event.
The evening offered the opportunity for fans and club partners to celebrate the festive season alongside the U's first team players. The event included a three-course meal including a full Christmas Dinner, as well as plenty of entertainment throughout the night including a Q & A with the players, Chairman Dave Doggett and Chief Executive Jez George.
The draw for the 2015 Christmas Raffle was completed with a handful of guests in the room winning prizes such as the new 2016 Football Manager game, tickets for hospitality in the New Year and even the limited edition signed prints of Barry Corr, Leon Legge and Mark Roberts.

Commenting on a successful and enjoyable evening, Cambridge United Business Operations Manager Liz Slack said: "The evening was a great success. Fans of all ages were able to spend an evening in the company of the Cambridge United squad as 12 first team players hosted tables, signing autographs and posing for photographs.
“One particular moment worthy of mention from the evening was the table hosted by Mark Roberts, Club Captain. His table consisted of eight guests selected from the Abbey People Group who, for various different reasons, would not normally be able to attend an event of this nature.
“To be able to support members of the community within which the stadium resides is something that is at the very heart of what the football club stands for.”
