Ahead of tomorrow’s opening Football League fixture against Newport County at the Abbey Stadium (KO 3pm), the ticket office will be open to supporters until 7pm tonight for those hoping to secure their place last minute.

The U’s will begin their campaign with a bumper crowd expected to back Richard Money’s men, who will be looking to get off to the best possible start to the 2015/16 Sky Bet League Two season.

Earlier this week Cambridge-United.co.uk announced that the Newmarket Road End was near capacity and the stand is expected to sell out by close of play today!

Meanwhile, today is also the final opportunity to secure your tickets and make a £2 discount before prices increase on match day. The extended ticket office hours will allow all supporters that work during the day, the chance to secure their tickets before tomorrow.

Tickets are available to purchase online up to two hours before kick-off, whilst supporters will be able to buy a ticket from the ticket office right up to kick-off at 3pm.
