Jez George, commented "This is a crucial role in restructuring the off-field operation at Cambridge United.  Andy has the attributes and qualities that we are looking for in this role.  He is passionate about the club, he is a real football man whilst having significant experience in commercial activities and operational matters.  Andy will add expertise, knowledge and further professionalism to the club.  He is the perfect choice for this position and I look forward to working with him closely as we continue to implement the changes required at the club for our long term development."
