Apprenticeship opportunities at Cambridge United F.C.
CAMBRIDGE United are offering fantastic opportunities for young people looking to work within the sports industry.
The club are offering full time apprenticeship positions within the Schools Sport Department. The role consists of 30 hours per week, 25 hours working in schools assisting PE lessons and helping children in 1 to 1 situations as well as 5 hours of running after school activities.
Cambridge United are looking for young and enthusiastic people between the age of 17 and 21 who are looking to start a career in coaching. Applicants are required to have full driving licence and a level 1 coaching certificate in any sport.
The apprenticeships take 9-12 months to complete, at the end of the agreement the coach will come out of it with a recognised qualification and great experience of delivering sport and PE lessons within primary schools as well as opening up an opportunity to work at a professional football club.
