Woking 0-3 U's

11 April 2014

Goals from Sam-Yorke, Chadwick and Hughes seal United's win

CAMBRIDGE United overcame Woking in the Skrill Premier last night, winning 3-0 at the Kingfield Stadium.

The U's took the lead on 16 minutes, Luke Chadwick's clever dummy sent the ball into the path of Delano Sam-Yorke who fired low into the bottom right hand corner of the goal.

United extended their lead on 25 minutes, Tom Champion won the ball in the centre circle and found Sam-Yorke, who in-turn found Liam Hughes who slid the ball into the path of Luke Chadwick for him to drive into the box and fire home.

The scoring was completed on 85 minutes, Luke Chadwick teed up Ashley Chambers, his shot was saved well but the ball dropped to Liam Hughes 25 yards from goal and he rifled it in to the top corner.
