Premier Travel donate £10,000 to #Mission676

PREMIER TRAVEL have joined Cambridge United Community Trust's #MISSION676 by becoming a Gold Sponsor of Jez George’s incredible challenge.

The Cambridgeshire company will welcome Jez as he returns from his monumental 26 Marathons in 26 days challenge and joins a Champagne Gala Dinner at Cambridge Untied F.C.

company in Cambridge, we think it's a wonderful opportunity to be getting involved in and supporting #Mission676, long-standingRenford Sargent, Chairman of Premier Travel, said: "As a helping support people and projects in our community."

and the U's website. Facebook ,Twitter Jez will walk from Newcastle United FC to Norwich City FC, via every English Premier League stadium – an incredible 676 miles – raising funds for Cambridge United’s Community Trust.  You can follow Jez’s exploits along the way, via

Jez's mammoth walk will give its Community Trust the financial platform to impact the lives of over 10,000 people in Cambridge’s community through a series of programmes for young offenders, children at risk of exclusion, ethnic minority groups, disability groups, the  homeless and people living in areas of deprivation.

Jez said: "It will be a great night and we really need the support of the local business community.  We're asking companies to join Mission 676 and help contribute to our Community Trust.  Mission 676 - and the gala dinner - will show the country what Cambridge United is capable of achieving with the right kind of support and will leave a lasting legacy."

Since 2011 the Community Trust has impacted on thousands of youngsters already. It  reached almost 3,000 youngsters last year but it wants to affect 10,000 people through  sport each and every year.  The Trust has no funding to run its community programme. It has no  pitches or centres of its own and the city of Cambridge is desperately short of public sports facilities.

Cambridge United’s landlord, international property group Grosvenor, is working in  partnership with the club and Community Trust to develop plans to build a Sporting  Village and Community Stadium that would provide permanent indoor and outdoor  facilities for the Trust.

Grosvenor has already sponsored #Mission676, joining sponsors Mick George, ERMS and R Costings.
