CUCT are holding May Half-Term football sessions
May Half Term promises to be another successful and busy week full of football!
Cambridge United Community Trust will be hosting 'FA Trophy Match Mornings' where the FA Trophy will be brought down to the various venues and teams will compete in fun small-sided tournaments against each other to lift the trophy just like the U's first team recently did at Wembley. There will be CUFC banners, memorabilia and photo opportunities for all the kids with the trophy. On top we will also be offering fun filled afternoons of FIFA 14 & Football Tennis Tournaments until 4pm on a selection of the days. So it is not one to be missed!
CUCT have also recently added a Goalkeeper day on Wednesday 28th May 2014 which will be at Comberton Village College. The sessions will be split age specifically into foundation and youth development phase's and work through a range of cutting edge techniques and drills, all constructed by U's very own first team GK Coach Martin Davies.
The following football sessions are taking place:
• Monday 26th May – Match Morning at Abbey Pool AstroTurf, Cambridge – 9am until 1pm
• Monday 26th May – Afternoon session taking place until 4pm, comprising of FIFA 14 & Football Tennis Tournaments.
• Tuesday 27th May – Match Morning at Witchford Village College – 9am until 1pm
• Tuesday 27th May – Afternoon session taking place until 4pm, comprising of FIFA 14 & Football Tennis Tournaments.
• Wednesday 28th May – Match Morning at Hinchingbrooke School – 9am until 1pm
• Wednesday 28th May – Afternoon session taking place until 4pm, comprising of FIFA 14 & Football Tennis Tournaments.
• Wednesday 28th May - Foundation Phase (5-11) Specific Goalkeeper training
- Development Phase (12-16) Specific Goalkeeper training
• Thursday 29th May – Match Morning at Linton Village College – 9am until 1pm
• Thursday 29th May – Afternoon session taking place until 4pm, comprising of FIFA 14 & Football Tennis Tournaments.
9am-1pm £15 or 9am-4pm £25
All sessions will led by FA Qualified Youth Development coaches and are open to 6-16 year old boys and girls of any ability
