After impressing as a youngster for AFC Wimbledon, Will signed a three-year deal with Premier League club Hull City in 2016.
Heavily-rated, he tasted nailed first-team experience with Aldershot Town and Kidderminster Harriers before venturing to Cyprus in 2020 to ply his trade with Pafos.
Eager to return to England, he made the switch to the U’s after a year – getting match sharpness with Havant & Waterlooville and returning to make several appearances in league and cup fixtures throughout 2022.
