Left-winger Harrison endeared himself to supporters after netting the winner on his home debut shortly after signing for the club during the summer of 2011. Moving to United from Bromley, he was twice voted the Kent club’s Player of the Year.
25-year old Harrison, who signed a new contract last season which keeps him at the Cambs Glass Stadium until the summer of 2018, is a troublesome presence for any defence thanks to his pace, close ball control and supply of ammunition to the forwards.
An unfortunate knee injury saw Harrison spend three months on the sidelines midway through the 2013/14 campaign, but he returned to the matchday squad and played an integral part in United’s double-winning end of campaign success.
London-born, at the conclusion of the 2015/16 season he had taken his appearance tally in a black and amber shirt to more than 185.
