Posted on: Wed 30 Nov 2011

Cambridge United's Under-18s will play away to Charlton Athletic in the Third Round Proper of the FA Youth Cup.

The youth team progressed to this stage after defeating Crawley Town 3-1 in the Second Round at the R Costings Abbey Stadium, thanks to goals from Lewis Smith, Liam Hurst and Yacine Gnahore.

The Third Round tie will take place at Welling United's Park View Road ground on Wednesday 7 December.

Admission to cheer on the next generation of Cambridge United players at this game is just £3 for adults and £1 for concessions.
