Cambridge United Women's FC are in pre-season action this Sunday against Fulham Ladies.

The match takes place at Emmanuel College Sports Ground, Wilberforce Road, Cambridge and kicks off at 2pm.

Our Women's team is managed by former Cambridge United midfielder Franco Nacca (right) and it's a great opportunity to give them your support against F.A. Nationwide Women's Premier National Division side Fulham Ladies, and see what women's football has to offer.

There will be refreshments available as the bar will open, and parking is available along the street or in the vicinity.

"I want to make this a big occasion for the players and hopefully can can raise a bit of money on the day which would be used strictly on the women's team," commented Franco.

"If anyone is willing to offer much needed sponsorship for the girls we would be very grateful."
