| Name: | Blaine Hudson |
| Nationality: | English |
| Position: | Defender |
A six foot five centre half, Blaine arrived from Norwich to commence his scholarship under Jez George in the autumn of 2008.
After making his debut while still a scholar, he was rewarded with a development contract at the start of last season. However a car accident shortly before Christmas left him requiring surgery on his shoulder and hands, ruling him out of football for several months.
Thankfully he has been able to make a full recovery, returning in March 2011 as a substitute at Southport and setting up Luke Berry's injury time equaliser. Blaine made a further appearance against Luton later that week and has been awarded a further year's developmental contract for the 2011/12 season.
