'Maz' joined Cambridge City's youth scheme when he was released by Norwich City at the age of 14, and transferred to United along with the majority of City's youth scheme in the summer of 2006.
Initially a midfielder, the Brandon-based teenager showed an eye for goal when he was moved into a more advanced role and last season he scored over 20 goals in the Ridgeons League for scholars' side CRC. A composed finisher with good feet and the ability to score and create goals, he has also earned a reputation as a free kick taker.
This season Adam is a first year pro and will initially continue playing matches for CRC to help his development. His long-anticipated senior debut came late in the FA Cup 4th Qualifying Round win at Lincoln United in October, and he made a dream home debut in the next round when he came off the bench against Ilkeston Town and scored United's fourth goal.
