One of many first team players to have through the Club's well regarded youth system, Josh is the Club's longest serving player despite only being 21 at the start of this season.
The local boy and childhood U's fan made his debut under Jimmy Quinn during the 2007/08 season and had gone on to play over ninety games for the Club by the time 2011/12 came around.
A virtual ever present in the last year and a half, only Danny Wright played more than this 6 foot 3 centre half's 44 games last season, during which time he also scored four times.
