Despite not turning 22 until the end of August 2011, Kevin is virtually a veteran among his team mates with over 150 professional appearances.
The Liverpool born utility man had made over a hundred appearances for Chester City before he turned twenty, before being snapped up by The U's soon after the Cheshire club's unfortunate demise.
He made the right back slot his own last season despite also being able to appear in midfield, making 42 appearances and subsequently signing a one year contract extension in May 2011.
