Exciting winger Conal made over thirty appearances in his debut season for The U's after joining from fellow Conference outfit Forest Green, for whom he had featured over 70 times.
After a promising start he sat out almost two months after being stretchered off at Luton. He returned to form in the closing weeks of the season and will be hoping to build on that in his second season at The R Costings Abbey.
