Cambridge United have teamed up with the Cambridge Building Society to offer free tickets to our clash with local rivals Histon at the R Costings Abbey Stadium on Saturday, 13 March.
The game has been designated a 'Junior SSI' (South Stand Initiative) fixture and all current members of the Junior U's are invited to attend the game free of charge!
In addition, each member will be eligible to bring along three friends (under 16s) to accompany them to the match, introducing them to their local, family football club for free.
Application and infomation forms have been dispatched in the post to all 2,000 members of the Junior U's and to date in excess of 800 tickets have already been snapped up. The forms also enable accompanying parents/adults to book tickets at the discounted rate of just £5, as well as providing the facility for existing Junior and Adult season ticket holders to request transfer into the South Stand for this match.
Completed application forms should be dropped off to any local branch of the Cambridge Building Society by Monday 8 March. Details of all locations and opening hours are on the forms.
PLEASE NOTE: Applications for tickets will not be processed over the telephone or in person at the club and discounted admission only applies for pre-purchased accompanying adult tickets.
The match against Histon takes place on Saturday, 13 March, kick off 3pm. Tickets for this special promotion are limited and will be issued on a first come, first served basis. The deadline for ticket applications is noon on Monday 8 March - no applications will be processed after this time.
