Cambridge United's main Club sponsors have agreed to support the All Star Match on Monday 10 May (kick off 7pm) in aid of raising money for Youth Development.

Greene King will be the match sponsor, SPE Resourcing the match ball sponsor and J&J Drake the programme sponsor. Joe Parks, Dan Cornwell and Steve Drake respectively have all expressed their desire in assisting Jez George, Director of Football, raise the the £75k needed to keep the Youth Development Scheme running which has already produced ten players for the first team in the last four years. They all understand that a successful Youth Scheme is the future for Cambridge United and are keen to show their support.

Joe Parks of Greene King will also attempt to join Jez on a leg of his 410 mile Walk from Wrexham to Wembley to personally show his support and admiration of the feat that the Director of Football is undertaking to both raise funds and to highlight the unfair funding issues and lack of player registration protection that he and the rest of the Clubs in the PPF group are fighting to change.

The All Star Match takes place on Monday 10 May at the R Costings Abbey Stadium, kick off is 7pm. Tickets can be purchased in advance by calling 01223 566500 Option 1 or calling into the ticket office prior to the game. Prices are £8 per adult and £2 per child up to 16. If you collected a voucher at either the Mansfield or Hayes and Yeading game then please don't forget to use it now as these will not be valid on the day of the game.
