Jon Challinor has joined Forest Green Rovers on loan.

The transfer-listed midfielder, who joined United from Rushden & Diamonds last summer in a £15,000 move, joins FGR on an initial one-month loan.

Jon was transfer-listed this summer as part of the reduction of the playing budget after making 27 league starts last season but never really making a midfield berth his own. He will train with his new team-mates today.
