Adam Davies has been cleared to resume full training.

Adam DaviesDavies, who was knocked out in the match against Exeter earlier this month, was assessed last week by Mr Peter Kirkpatrick, consultant neurosurgeon, who confirmed that Adam was suffering 'post concussion syndrome'.

Today Adam had another brain scan and a follow-up appointment with Mr Kirkpatrick and physio Greg Reid was delighted to report that the teenager has been given a clean bill of health.

"Adam will now step up his fitness work in preparation for Wales Under-21 duty in May," added Greg.

However Mark Peters, who missed the win at Scarborough due to a virus, has continued to struggle with illness and although he will resume full training tomorrow it is uncertain as to whether he will be involved in the final game of the season, at home to Dagenham & Redbridge on Saturday.

Club captain Andy Duncan will have surgery at the beginning of May on the problem with a spur of bone in his heel, which has forced him to sit out the last few games.
