From The Physio

Physio Greg Reid reports that midfielder Ritchie Hanlon spent last week at Lilleshall as he continues his rehabilitation following the operation on his knee three weeks ago.
"Ritchie (right) worked really hard last week at Lilleshall and he is back at the club this week, before returning for a second stint at Lilleshall next week," Greg confirmed.
Meanwhile fellow midfielder Darren Quinton sustained significant damage to the lateral ligament complex in his ankle during training two weeks ago, although x-rays ruled out a fracture.
"Darren's ankle has improved over the last week and most of the swelling and bruising has been absorbed," added Greg.
"We will step up his rehab this week and he will accompany Ritchie to Lilleshall the week after."
Nick Robbins has recovered from a dead leg he picked up in training a week ago, and Stephen Smith and Max Porter have both recovered from knocks they picked up in the friendly at Bishop's Stortford ten days ago.
