Hanlon Op Confirmed

Ritchie Hanlon will have his knee operation on Monday.
The midfielder saw consultant Mr Dennis Edwards last week, when it was confirmed that he will need an arthroscopy on his knee to clean the joint and possibly trim and clean any damage to the cartilage.
The operation has been arranged for today and club physio Greg Reid (left) told cambridgeunited.com: "We are extremely grateful to Mr Dennis Edwards and his secretary Jay Saunders for going out of their way in order to accommodate us.
"Mr Edwards only returned to work last Wednesday after spending Christmas and New Year abroad but he was only too happy to see Ritchie that day and after, confirming our diagnosis, he has again gone out of his way to find the time to carry out the operation on Monday."
Greg will have a clearer idea after the operation of how long 27-year-old Hanlon will be out of action.
