Cambridge United Youth & Community Trust are planning for next season and are on the look-out for extremely talented youth coaches to join their fantastic team. The roles on offer will be within the Regional Development Centres and/or the Youth & Community Trust, within their schools program.
The Trust have an incredible team of committed and dedicated coaching staff who work on a part-time, self employed basis. These coaches are a mixture in terms of age, experience and employment status. Some work exclusively for CUYCT in schools and within the youth scheme and others work in a full time job elsewhere in addition to their coaching with Cambridge United. The background behind a person is not what's important, but the quality of candidate is.
On Sunday 15 April, Cambridge United Youth & Community Trust are holding a 'Coach Recruitment Day'. This day is taking place to find outstanding coaches to add to the CUYCT team. On the day coaches will be expected to deliver a 15 minute session, which will be given to them before the day so that they can plan and prepare.
The positions avaliable are not set in stone. However, typically each position will be coaching within two Regional Development Centres with the option of working within our schools program too. Following the recruitment day, some candidates may be asked to return on a separate day for an interview.
To apply to attend the Coach Recruitment Day please download the form and return to: James Cutting, Development Centre Manager, R Costings Abbey Stadium, Newmarket Road, Cambridge, CB5 8LN.
Only select applicants will be invited to attend.
