Marvin recently took part in a photo shoot in London to help launch a National Express initiative with a number of football friends.

Liverpool Street Station was where many cameras were gathered for the event, and although the trains were the centre of attention, its was impossible to miss Marvin and his friends.

Together with mascots from Norwich, Ipswich, Colchester and Tottenham, Marvin was shown around the station and given a guide on the dangers of the railway.

He was told that whilst trains can be exciting, they are also very dangerous and you must be very careful when at a station.

Marvin was given the following tips:

  * NEVER go near the railway track.
  * DON'T damage the railway track or put anything on it.
  * DON'T run or play in a railway station.
  * DON'T stand on the edge of the platform.
  * DON'T throw anything at a moving train.
  * DON'T lean out of a moving train or open the door before the train stops.

Marvin really enjoyed his day at the station and learned a lot about trains and safety on the railway lines.

This is the first visit of many for Marvin this summer, he will be touring the city for a number of events. If you would like Marvin to attend an event near you, contact the club on 01223 566500.
