Cambridge United's Youth Development Department will be holding trials for boys in various age groups for the 2009/10 season. The trials will take place at Development Centres throughout the local area, starting next week - full details below.
We pride ourselves on recruiting the best young footballers in the area to help them with their development from an early age.
If you were offered a place in this scheme, it would involve weekly training sessions, tournaments in school holidays and some matches. Most importantly, it allows you to still play for your Mini League Club. There may also be the opportunity of trials for our Centre of Excellence.
The trials take place at the following venues, on the dates and for the specific age groups shown.
Thetford Development Centre
Monday 11th May 2009 - Thetford Leisure Centre
5.00pm - 6.00pm for children playing U6, U7, U8 for the 2008/09 season

What you need: Moulded Boots or trainers, shin pads, water bottle, suitable clothing
These trials are for boys only, but if you are interested in girls' trials please call Franco Nacca at the Girls Centre of Excellence on 01223 416238.
Confirmation of your place on the trial will not be sent. You will ONLY be contacted if you are too late and we are at maximum capacity.
