Away Travel: Stevenage 30th April
STEVENAGE BOROUGH FC
Thursday 30th April 2009, Kick-Off 7.30pm
Stevenage Borough FC, Broadhall Way, Stevenage, Hertfordshire, SG2 8RH. Tel: 01438 223223
Directions by Car: Leave the A1 (M) at Junction 7 and take the A602 towards Stevenage. Proceed directly across the first roundabout, and the ground (Broadhall Way) may be found on the right after the second roundabout.
Parking: There is a large car park directly opposite the ground - on your left, after passing the second roundabout. Although there are car parking spaces at the series of shops and eateries across the road from the ground, beware clamping.
Train: A 40-minute journey from Cambridge, the ground is around a mile from the station. A taxi from the station rank will cost no more than £5, while the number 4 bus runs from the town centre - across the walkway past the Gordon Craig theatre - to the stadium.
For ramblers, descend the steps to the main road and turn right towards the police station. Turn left down the steps under the first underpass, and head for the supermarket (Asda). Heading vaguely straight on, you should pass a large supermarket, North Hertfordshire College, and a Curry's along the way, and on reaching Pizza Hut on your right, turn left beneath the underpass whereupon Broadhall Way will appear. Veer right up the slight incline for the away end. It's a 20-minute walk.
The Away Travel Club will be running two coaches to the game, priced at £9 for Away Travel Club members, £12 for non-members, and £6 for Under 16s. The coaches depart Ely at 4.45pm and The Trade Recruitment Stadium at 5.30pm. Contact the club on 01223 566500 to book your space.
Admission: This match is all ticket for away supporters - do NOT travel without a ticket. See this article for details and contact the ticket office on 01223 566500 to check for remaining ticket availability.
Programme: £2.50
