FINAL GAME AT THE ABBEY STADIUM
U’s fans are urged to secure their tickets now for the final minutes of football at the Abbey Stadium as Cambridge United U16s host Chelsea tonight (K.O. 7pm).
The cream of the club’s schoolboy age groups will need your support against the Premier League big boys, as the club celebrates the tenth anniversary since the re-opening of the U’s youth development scheme.
Supporters are encouraged to come down and watch this exciting crop of young players, who have already matched Liverpool on home soil this season as well as taking on Tottenham Hotspurs at the Abbey Stadium.
Over 900 supporters attended the previous two fixtures, and now the club is aiming to break the 1,000 fans barrier in order to give the U16s the best possible experience.
