PROGRAMME PREVIEW: JOSH COULSON Q & A

19 August 2016

Carlisle United Match Day Programme

Take a sneak preview of tomorrow’s match day programme by looking at the Player Q & A with Josh Coulson.

Available for just £3 from around the ground or the club shop, supporters can pick up the new look match day programme following the implementation of the club’s new brand guardians Identity Creative.

PREVIEW HERE:

There is still an air of positivity around the first team group and that’s important as you tackle fixtures thick and fast now isn’t it?

Yeah there is and we all want to achieve the aims we set ourselves at the start of the season. The gaffer is very good ensuring we train with a positive mind set. When we returned to training on Thursday, it was a new day and we started fresh.

We’ve prepared right for this afternoon’s match so hopefully we can pick up the right result and kick on. There are no easy games in this League and the boys are relishing this afternoon’s match against another strong opponent in Carlisle.

We are in the middle of a really busy schedule of games, but as a footballer that is all you want to do so I actually love the number of matches we have at the moment.

Away from the pitch, you became a dad for the first time last week which must have been a fantastic experience for you personally?

It was very eye-opening and the best experience of my life. I’m very happy! It was good to be back into the team on Tuesday and I must say thank you to the Mrs who let me have a bit of sleep before the match as well.

On a personal level it has been a crazy few days.
