PLAYERS SET FOR SOCCER SCHOOL VISITS!

This February half term children will have a chance to meet their heroes at the club’s Elms Cambridge BMW Soccer Schools. The First Team squad will be out in force with at least one player at each of the 15 venues.

The 4-12 year old girls and boys will have the opportunity to take part in skills challenges versus the players and are urged to remember their autograph book to collect the signatures of the players attending on the day! The full schedule of which players are attending each venue will be released soon!

The programme for February half term has now been released and can be downloaded here. Each day the children will have the chance to work on a different topic and learn new tricks and skills under the guidance of their FA qualified Youth Development coaches who are all fully DBS checked and hold up to date safeguarding and child protection certificates.

The Soccer Schools run from Monday 13 – Friday 17 February, from 9am – 4pm. The club operates a free early drop off (8-9am) and late pick up (4-5pm) service, designed to make it easier for parents. The programme offers a fantastic combination of technical training, fun games and matches, with the coaches always on the lookout for any particularly gifted and talented players to join the club’s Regional Development Centres.

For any other queries on the programme please email cuyd@cambridge-united.co.uk or call the club on 01223 566500.
