MASCOT AND MATCH DAY EXPERIENCE PACKAGES FOR LEEDS

Cambridge United announce details about how to get involved in the club’s Mascot and Match Day Experience packages for the Emirates FA Cup clash with Leeds United on Monday 9th January.

Mascot Packages

Following a large volume of enquiries to be mascot for the FA Cup tie the Club have decided that a ballot is the best way to decide who will take up the eleven spaces for FREE.

A draw will take place on Friday 23rd December in which all children booked to be a mascot for any of the remaining 13 home games this season beginning with the U’s clash against Crewe Alexandra, will be entered into the draw to be mascot LIVE ON TV on Monday 9th January.

The worst case scenario is that you register your child to be mascot for another game, which includes the chance to meet the U’s, walk out on to the pitch and visit the dressing room, a perfect Christmas present for any Junior U! Best case scenario is that your child gets two amazing experiences, one of which being live on BT Sport.

Mascot places are available to girls and boys aged 4-12 years old for all remaining games at the Cambs Glass Stadium this season.

Book a mascot place online here or email cuyd@cambridge-united.co.uk for more information.

Match Day Experience

Enquires have been coming in thick and fast for teams to take part in our popular Match Day Experience! A team can tour the Cambs Glass Stadium, meet some of the players and form a guard of honour on the pitch for the big FA Cup tie.

The same ballot process as for mascots applies. Any team booked for Match Day Experience for any of the remaining 12 games this season will go into a draw to gain a free place for their team versus Leeds United.

Match Day Experience includes tickets for ten children (players) and 2 adults (coaches), a stadium tour, opportunities to meet the players and forming a guard of honour for the players as they come out onto the pitch in front of the BT Sport TV cameras.

As above, the worst case scenario is that you sign your team up for a great experience! Best case scenario is that your team get two, one being the FA Cup match!

The draw will take place on Friday 23 December along with the mascot draw. Book online by clicking here.
