2016/17 SQUAD NUMBERS CONFIRMED
Cambridge United confirm first team squad numbers for the forthcoming 2016/17 Sky Bet League Two season.New signing Piero Mingoia arrived at the club last month in time to launch the U's new home shirt, and will run out next season as United's number 7.
Further additions to Shaun Derry's squad include Medy Elito who has been handed the number 21 shirt, Max Clark as 20 and George Maris, 18. Whilst James Dunne has been given the number 4 shirt, after signing an additional one year deal at the Cambs Glass Stadium.
Will Norris has been rewarded by Shaun Derry for his stunning run of performances during the second half to last year's campaign, by becoming the club's number 1, with fellow goalkeeper David Gregory given number 13.
A successful season in front of goal for Ben Williamson following his arrival in November 2015 has seen him take up the number 10 shirt, with Barry Corr set to wear number 9. Left back Greg Taylor also switches to number 2.
Mark Roberts (5), Leon Legge (6), Luke Berry (8), Harrison Dunk (11), Josh Coulson (14) and Conor Newton (24) all retain their same shirt number from the 2015/16 campaign.
Finally 18-year old Dylan Williams completes the list, after being handed a one year professional deal by the U's, as number 25.
